We would like to inform you that all the data you register through our application is subject to a process called “soft delete”. This term refers to a practice that involves temporarily removing your data without permanently deleting it from our system. We do not recover accounts and data. We understand the importance of privacy and data management, and soft deletion is a measure that seeks to offer more control and flexibility to our users. If you have any specific questions or concerns about this process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To delete your account, follow the steps below:

1. Open the app
2. Go to Profile and under Account select Profile
3. On the Profile page, you can edit your user information. And by scrolling to the bottom of the page you can find the “Delete Account” button;
4. Select the method you want to receive the verification code;
5. Enter the validation code you received in the method you selected in the previous step.
